Welcome to the website for the Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Archives (ANLA).  We represent archives, archivists and individuals committed to the preservation of archival records in the province. On this website you will find educational material, grant information, membership and contact forms, job advertisements, news and events listings. Through this website we hope to keep members and their institutions in the loop about latest events and happenings in archives throughout the province.

NEW- ANLA has a Blog

To replace the ANLA Bulletin with more frequent and timely communication, ANLA will now be posting weekly to our new blog, Marking the Tallyboard.  We encourage comments and discussion!  A free Google account is required to make comments, but no registration is required to read.

 

NOTICE -- ANLA HAS MOVED

Renovations are now under way, and so ANLA and the other inhabitants of the Colonial Building have moved out 'for the duration".
As of June 5, 2009, the ANLA office has been temporarily relocated to
Suite 904, 140 Water Street (TD Place)
Our other contact information, including mailing address and telephone number, remains unchanged.
This is a "temporary" location for ANLA -- We'll keep you posted....
